Ewa United is a Hawaiʻi nonprofit youth soccer club based in Ewa Beach, Oʻahu. You can reach us at info@ewaunited.com.

We collect only what we need to communicate with you and (if applicable) safely register your child:

• Parent/guardian name, email, and (optional) phone number
• If you are inquiring about a player: child's first name, age or birth year, prior experience, and team interest
• Whether your family is active-duty military or DoD-affiliated (used only for kit-exchange and family-resource matching)
• Any optional notes you provide

Ewa United does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All forms on this site are parent-controlled: only a parent or legal guardian may submit information about a child. Children do not create accounts on this site. Official player accounts (e.g. the First Touch app) are also parent-controlled. This approach aligns with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

When you officially register a child as a player, your information is shared with our sanctioning body (US Club Soccer or HYSA) and their official registration platform (GotSport, Affinity/Sports Connect) — this is required for player insurance and league eligibility. We never share data unrelated to those compliance needs.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing info@ewaunited.com. We will respond within 14 days.

We will update this policy when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
